At home
I grew up in Poland and have since lived in the UK, UAE, and China. Currently, I reside in Aberdeen, with my husband and two boys. When I’m not cheering on my kids at their sports activities, I spend time studying, enjoying the beautiful outdoors, or attending yoga or pilates classes.
At work
With learning as my key talent, I have a natural inclination to be curious and seek out challenges, qualities I bring into my coaching and facilitation. I am ICF ACC accredited and certified in the application of a range of psychometric tools. I bring in over 17 years of international HR/Talent Management experience gained across various industries and with organizations ranging from start-up to matrixed Fortune 500 company.
Greatest Achievement
I moved 10 times in 12 years. Throughout these transitions, I learned to stay resilient, resourceful, and curious about the new places, people, and cultures, these transitions contributed to my professional development and personal growth.
