I consider continuing to be a role model to my two teenagers the greatest achievement of all time.

At the age of 20 I started working in the Balearic Savings Bank “Sa Nostra”. From the beginning I had the opportunity to work on projects related to change. My roots are well and truly Suffolk based! I live with my wife Elke and our two children: Fletcher and Margot. We love anything water based and being outside, but as my wife is Canadian, we do feel a strong affinity with the vast spaces and natural beauty of North America.
The first half of my career was spent as a Sport Psychologist for TeamGB, working with athletes and coaches in the build up and during the Beijing, London and Rio Olympic and Paralympic Games.
