At home
I live in London with my partner Dan. I enjoy the vibrancy of the city and take every opportunity to explore. Being active is important to me and I have recently started to learn ballet and paddleboarding. I love to travel and experience new destinations and cultures.
At work
I am an experienced coach and senior leader with 20 years of experience in large corporations. A skilled people leader, I have built and led numerous large teams and it is from this my love of coaching and leadership development grew. My work draws on my expertise in Communications and HR Leadership and I am passionate about building authentic and inspiring leaders who in turn create cultures where people feel engaged, valued and fulfilled.
Greatest achievement
Completing my masters in positive and coaching psychology, receiving a distinction. Also completing an original piece of research exploring Imposter Phenomenon in senior female leaders.
