At home

I have been married for 20 years to Marco and we have two beautiful teenagers: Mattia and Davide. Marco is an artist in oil painting. We play padel and swim together! Our favourite family activity is travelling around the world to discover new cultures.

At work

I am an Executive and Team Coach, a Mentor Coach and a Supervisor. I am a Master Certified Coach with the ICF. In 20+ years of experience, I have had the opportunity to coach multicultural and distributed organisations and partner with hundreds of coaches and leaders from all over the world.

Greatest Achievement

In 2014 I moved my young family to a foreign country and became fluent in English and Spanish. In 2023 I co-authored the Amazon selling book The Human Behind the Coach.
