I have two decades of experience in executive coaching, leadership and business development. I have managed international teams and developed global partnerships. Building trusting & successful relationships is the cornerstone of my work. My mission is to support business leaders in aligning effective business decisions with their drive for integrity and positive transformation. I am passionate about diversity and equity on boards, overcoming executive loneliness and fostering authentic human connection.
Greatest Achievement
In addition to my family, I am proud of having learned six languages, contributing to different business communities in five different countries across three continents and making lasting, wonderful friendships along the way!
