I live between Brighton, London, and Sicily. Water is my element and in my free time, I love, swimming, paddleboarding, playing beach volleyball, and hiking along the coast. I have been practicing Pilates for the past 15 years, although my true passion is dancing and acrobatic disciplines. I love food and travelling.

I initiated my journey in Psychology, transitioning to a decade in Hospitality Operations. I cultivated a passion for identifying talents and creating training programs, unlocking the full potential of teams and individuals. As an ICF-certified executive, I specialise in consolidating company culture, supporting through changes, and enhancing leadership for individuals and teams.
At home
I’m an Aussie in London so I love travelling and chasing the sun. When I’m in London, I love immersing myself in everything that the city has to offer. I especially enjoy jazz music, the theatre and salsa dancing.

I am an executive coach and organisational consultant with over two decades of experience working with clients across all levels from graduates to top-level executives and Olympic level athletes. I have worked with companies and teams in a variety of sectors such as government, financial services, technology, media, sports, and luxury retail.
At Home
I’m lucky to divide my time between Suffolk and Menorca and love spending quality time with my wife and family. Watching our 5 children grow up and navigate an ever-complex world. When not working I’m exploring the Balearic Islands, developing my padel, tennis and golf skills.

I’m the CRO/MP of Venezia Capital a forward-thinking investment and advisory firm that partners with dynamic companies to accelerate growth and drive success. I played a pivotal role in driving The Access Group’s growth from £280m to over £1bn in SaaS revenue within four years, navigating two major financial transactions to establish the largest software company in the UK. I’ve held Sales Leadership roles in Orace, Verizon, Cisco and Siemens.
