At home
My roots are well and truly Suffolk based! I live with my wife Elke and our two children: Fletcher and Margot. We love anything water based and being outside, but as my wife is Canadian, we do feel a strong affinity with the vast spaces and natural beauty of North America.
At work
The first half of my career was spent as a Sport Psychologist for TeamGB, working with athletes and coaches in the build up and during the Beijing, London and Rio Olympic and Paralympic Games. For the last 10 years I have applied my knowledge into a more business setting, working for consulting firms helping individuals, teams and organisations utilise the link between their brain and behaviour.
Greatest Achievement
It would definitely be watching Fletcher and Margot grow up into well rounded little people! But being a member of TeamGB at a home Olympic Games in London was pretty cool too!
