At home

I have been married for 28 years to Chris and we have a wonderful son Harry who is 20 years old. He is a technical whizz and a fantastic rower – I am a very proud Mum. I do Pilates and Yoga every week which keeps me strong and I have rediscovered the joy of riding my bicycle and having our dog Monty run along, fantastic!

At work

I am the operations director of the company and happen to love numbers and organising anything! I also get to project manage all our conference work and larger projects, which I love as it keeps me tied in to every aspect of the business. I get to lead a fantastic team of friends, so I think I am really lucky.

Greatest achievement

Married for 28 years, having a child and project managing from inception to delivery an international conference for over 10,000 people at the Wembley Arena.

At home

Jane and I have been married for 28 years and have a terrific son called Harry. We live near the Surrey Hills and I spend my free time exploring them with my dog, Monty. When I am not doing that I am a lay Minister with a local Church.

At work

I am the CEO of Sevenhill and have enjoyed seeing the business grow and develop. At one point Sevenhill was only a dream and to see us making a difference and celebrating on the way gives me an immense sense of fulfilment. Leadership development has always been my passion and having enjoyed working virtually for 18 months I am so excited to operate in a hybrid world. I will be able to combine challenging the boundaries of what can be delivered virtually with spending time face to face with our clients.

Greatest achievement

I was an officer in the Royal Regiment of Wales and an international swimmer but I think my greatest achievement so far is leading the team who successfully turned around the finances of and so ensuring the survival of a national charity.
