In 2022 I moved from Washington DC to London to marry and live with my beautiful wife, Dionne. We will soon welcome our first addition to our family. Some of our favourite activities include Thai food movie nights, dinner with friends and finding ways to serve our community through local charitable organisations. I enjoy playing basketball, lifting weights and writing fiction and poetry.

Helping to keep track of program logistics and digitally documenting some of the work at Sevenhill is an experience I am truly grateful for. Whether assisting a Senior consultant to make sure they have everything they need, or standing in the background taking a photo, my role has afforded me the opportunity to see up close and personal the positive impact the Sevenhill team is making with organisations across the globe.

After 20 years in flat Cambridge we bought a ruined 400 year old Welsh mountain farm – it’s proving quite challenging! But exploring and living in this ancient landscape makes me profoundly happy. The kids are now tractor experts and I’m now much better at running uphill!

Teams have always been my passion. My practical understanding comes from years spent in the British Army, operating a property development business, working in the construction industry and two decades of high performance rowing coaching. Since 2009 I’ve specialised in executive coaching, leadership development, organisational psychology and behavioural change within Financial Services, and I’m now a cross-sector facilitator.

Having worked internationally for 25 years, my husband, kids and I recently moved home to Belfast. While I delight in adventurous treks with our three dogs, my greatest joy comes when I am with my 80-year-old Dad on his farm, learning his craft of being at one with nature.

Following a 15-year career with PwC as a systemic and behavioural change specialist, I founded my own consultancy in Portugal which I ran for 10 years. I have since spent the last decade, partnering with global CXO’s and strategic leadership teams to drive tangible personal and commercial results. Fascinated by performance enhancement, I recently completed my Doctorate in Occupational and Business Psychology.

I have worked for Accenture, PwC and Deloitte for over 20 years. These experiences gave me a holistic understanding of organisational systems and dynamics. My passion for people development led me to coaching and a MSc in Applied Positive Psychology. Today I work internationally as an executive coach, team coach and facilitator. My special interest is in identity development, supporting senior leaders and their teams to realise and express more of their potential and create positive workplace cultures that help them thrive.

I live with my amazing wife Susanna and our two teenage children in the beautiful city of Bath. Living where we do feels like an enormous privilege, I’m grateful for it every day. As my wife is Finnish and our children bilingual, we visit family in Finland as much as we can. The most recent addition to our family is our gorgeous working cocker spaniel Laila – she’s brought me closer to nature and taught me to be truly present in the short time we’ve had her!
