I live just outside London with my husband, two boys and our dog. We have the perfect balance of outdoor beauty and inner-city culture at our fingertips. When not spending time with my family, you generally find me in the garden or out for a run with my deerhound/lurcher cross.

I am a Business Psychologist, Coach, leadership facilitator and positive psychologist. I am passionate about helping people and organisations be the best version of themselves by viewing their world through the science of human behaviour. My career spans the public and private sector from operating as an embedded psychologist in the RAF through to supporting leaders in the Big 5 with their leadership approach.

My passion for languages ties in neatly with my love of travel. Having lived in six countries, I thrive in multicultural environments. London is home, where yoga, my family and entertaining friends keeps me happy.

An internationally certified Executive Leadership coach, I partner with driven leaders and teams to be more impactful in what they do and more fulfilled in who they are. My coaching combines a blend of academic and experiential training, underpinned by long term business experience. My clients choose me because I challenge and champion in equal measure, opening their eyes to fresh perspectives, whilst maintaining a pragmatic eye on the outcome.
At home
Home is my favourite city in the world: Madrid, Spain; I live in the centre and as soon as I have free time, I love enjoying tapas and drinks with friends. The word “socialize” is my favourite verb! I love to get into nature, especially with my dogs, Aston and Coco. I also enjoy travelling, the more bustling the environment the better!
At work
For more than 15 years, I worked for Marketing and Communication departments in multinational environments. My focus was to make big brands names more attractive (examples are Siemens and Heineken). Nearly 10 years ago, I decided to make a U-turn in my professional life and started helping others, I started executive coaching, motivational conferences and personalized leadership training.
At home
I grew up in Poland and have since lived in the UK, UAE, and China. Currently, I reside in Aberdeen, with my husband and two boys. When I’m not cheering on my kids at their sports activities, I spend time studying, enjoying the beautiful outdoors, or attending yoga or pilates classes.

With learning as my key talent, I have a natural inclination to be curious and seek out challenges, qualities I bring into my coaching and facilitation. I am ICF ACC accredited and certified in the application of a range of psychometric tools. I bring in over 17 years of international HR/Talent Management experience gained across various industries and with organizations ranging from start-up to matrixed Fortune 500 company.
At home
Home for me is in the West Country; I live between Bath and Bristol with my wife Helen and our two little ones: Fergus and Lois. I love most sports and still try to play as much as I watch. As a family we love being out and about and have brainwashed our kids with our love of nature and outdoor life!

I spent the early part of my career with Deloitte, working in the Financial Services practice, before focussing on a role that lent itself to my growing interest and passion for learning & people development.
Since then, I have had 15 years’ experience as a facilitator and coach to a number of fantastic clients, big and small.
At home
My roots are well and truly Suffolk based! I live with my wife Elke and our two children: Fletcher and Margot. We love anything water based and being outside, but as my wife is Canadian, we do feel a strong affinity with the vast spaces and natural beauty of North America.

The first half of my career was spent as a Sport Psychologist for TeamGB, working with athletes and coaches in the build up and during the Beijing, London and Rio Olympic and Paralympic Games. For the last 10 years I have applied my knowledge into a more business setting, working for consulting firms helping individuals, teams and organisations utilise the link between their brain and behaviour.

As a curious globetrotter, many places have been home: Poland, US, Spain, India and the UK! In my free time, you’ll find me painting, swimming in the sea, or cycling with husband and son.

I live with my wife Pamela in a small village in the beautiful countryside of Kent. We have three sons all of whom have achieved successful careers in the creative industries.
Pamela and I love the opera, ballet, rugby and cricket but most of all to socialise with our many friends over lunch and dinner.

I have been involved in business for many years, serving on a variety of Boards both as an executive and a non-executive, including the role of Chairman.
Throughout my career, I have enjoyed coaching/mentoring staff and board members and having qualified professionally now provide this as service.

I was born in Mallorca, a beautiful island. I am a person who loves to help, study, grow and share what I have learned and reflect. Communication is one of my strengths. I am passionate about the study of the human being in all its facets. From philosophy, history, biology, neuroscience, psychology, and spirituality.

At the age of 20 I started working in the Balearic Savings Bank “Sa Nostra”. From the beginning I had the opportunity to work on projects related to change. Seeking to facilitate change in people was how I came to Coaching. I was looking for a methodology that would facilitate change in people. But what happened was that coaching changed me.
At home
I live in London with my husband and our rescue dog, with an open house for our two sons who visit regularly. I love socialising and enjoy nothing more than a good catch up over great food and a rose. In 2009 I “faced the fear and did it any way”, joining an Acapella chorus, through that I’ve found a buzz that comes from singing competitively in the UK and the USA.

I have worked in HR and Leadership Development for over 30 years in a range of industries that culminated in working as part of the Executive Committee for a FTSE 250 company. My passion has always been around people development and supporting individuals through the different stages of their careers.
